Your First Visit

Not only do we want to know what kind of care you and your family are looking for, but we also want to know more about you and what you hope to achieve.
When arriving at our office, we will begin by taking digital dental X-rays and going over your dental history. From there, we will address your concerns and perform a more thorough exam. If we should discover problem areas, we’ll develop a treatment plan that details how we plan to move forward. Once the dental checkup is complete, we will perform a professional teeth cleaning to remove accumulated plaque and tartar so that you leave with a healthier, more refreshed smile.

Instead of waiting to fill out your paperwork when you arrive, we invite you to download and print the forms out at home. You can complete the documents from the comfort of your couch before bringing them with you to your dental visit.

As an in-network dentist with certain dental insurance plans, we are pleased to help maximize patient benefits as best as we can. All we ask is that you tell us about your plan when calling to schedule an appointment. We can then get to work to identify how we can best help you save when it comes to any upcoming procedures. But even if you are out-of-network, we will still do our best to help you get the most out of your plan.
